Our Chardonnay is made in the Chablis style with clean bold flavors and brightness. The aromas of Cinnamon Spice, Nectarines, and Cedar Lead are expressive and clear. Forward flavors of Melons, Butterscotch and Honeycrisp Apples fill the mid palate. Rich and creamy sauces with flaky white fish or pastas will pair very well with the Chardonnay.
