AU 79 is the chemical element symbol and atomic number for Gold. This bottling is the highpoint of all the wines produced by Napa De Oro. We begin with organic manicure style farming of our Premiere Estate Cabernet Sauvignon Vineyard, then employ the most current technologies in winemaking to achieve this extreme level of quality. We age the wine in 100% new french oak barrels for three years, and another year in bottle before its release. Just like Gold, the wine is bright, precious, highly sought after, and in this case, very rare.
