This Single Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon, made exclusively from Mont La Salle Vineyard in honor of Brother Timothy, longtime cellar master for the Christian Brothers, is truly a “message in a bottle” – a message of hope for youth at risk. Its sales help the Lasallian Christian Brothers foundation provide educational opportunities for disadvantaged young people. This hand-crafted wine is a labor of love, donated by the Hess Collection Winery to help our youth achieve a better future through education.
This Cabernet Sauvignon has flavors of dark fruit, sweet currant liqueur, vanilla, with aromas of juicy, ripe raspberries, cocoa, and softer notes of violet.
14.6% ALC by Vol. 750ml. Contains Sulfites.
